PVC card production method:
There are two main methods for making common PVC cards:
1. Layer-pressing card method: This method uses a color inkjet printer to print a graphic on a card-made PVC substrate, and laminates the printing substrate with the laminated film by a laminating machine.
2. layer-free pressing card method: This method is to print the image text on a special color inkjet film base through a common color inkjet printer, and then cover it on both sides with two sheets of film, using a plastic sealing machine to synthesize Well, this method can directly cut the finished product, and the card production rate is relatively high.
Classification of PVC cards:
1. Hot stamping gold and silver PVC card
Hot stamping gold and silver cards are generally used to make VIP cards, discount cards, VIP membership cards, etc. There is no need for a laminating machine to make such cards, and the equipment investment is minimal and economical.
2. Color portrait PVC card
Color portrait cards are often used to produce work cards, employment certificates, admission tickets, badges and other personalized cards. It belongs to a personality card.
3. Silk screen PVC card
Although the screen printing PVC card is more complicated in operation, it has less investment in equipment and has a wide range of applications. Often used to make gold and silver cards.
4. Color offset PVC card
Color offset PVC card is the most widely used card type, using UV offset ink, the finished product has good color and high quality, which is more suitable for high-volume printing.
